This Privacy Policy explains how JOURNI Digital ApS (CVR forthcoming), operating under the SEND UNLTD™ brand ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit our website or use our services.

1. Data controller

2. What we collect

  • Contact details you submit in our fit-check form: name, work email, and store website.
  • Qualification data: list size, monthly revenue range, campaign cadence, and current setup, used only to compute your result.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages viewed, collected via cookies and our analytics provider.

3. Why we use it

  • To return your fit-check result and follow up by email.
  • To contact you about SEND UNLTD™ services, where you have consented.
  • To improve our website, measure ad performance, and prevent abuse.

4. Legal basis

We rely on (a) your consent for marketing follow-up and non-essential cookies, (b) legitimate interest for security, fraud prevention, and basic analytics, and (c) contractual necessity when you become a client.

5. Sharing

We share data only with processors that help us run the service:

  • Hosting and CDN providers.
  • CRM and email delivery (e.g. Make.com, our email tools).
  • Analytics and advertising platforms (e.g. Meta Pixel).

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Retention

Fit-check submissions are kept for up to 24 months. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus 5 years to meet Danish accounting obligations.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection. Email hey@sendunlimitedcampaigns.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

8. International transfers

Some processors are located outside the EU/EEA. Where this is the case, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always available at /privacy.
