Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of sendunlimitedcampaigns.com (the "Site") and the SEND UNLTD™ services provided by JOURNI Digital ApS, Copenhagen, Denmark ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

SEND UNLTD™ is a flat-fee email and SMS marketing service for ecommerce brands. The Site provides information about the service and a fit-check questionnaire. The questionnaire result is an estimate, not a guarantee.

2. Engagements

Paid engagements are governed by a separate Service Agreement signed with JOURNI Digital ApS. In case of conflict, the Service Agreement prevails.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not submit false information through our forms.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the Site.
• Do not use the Site to send unsolicited communications to us.

4. Intellectual property

The SEND UNLTD™ name, logo, copy, and design are the property of JOURNI Digital ApS. Client work product ownership is governed by the relevant Service Agreement.

5. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is". Estimates, benchmarks, and case figures are illustrative and outcomes vary by brand, list, and offer. We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law, our aggregate liability arising from use of the Site is limited to EUR 100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Danish law. The courts of Copenhagen have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
